Our Yuzu honey is made in small batches by infusing 100% raw Australian white box honey with fresh Australian grown Yuzu peel and juice from Mountain Yuzu. We cold infuse the honey passing on all the flavour characteristics of this unique fruit - sweet, sour and bitter. Using locally grown yuzu gives the final product a more robust flavour compared to other yuzu products that use imported juice.
